Los Fomos curated spot recommendations

A curated API endpoint for Los Fomos is a community-curated places directory where approved users recommend bars, restaurants, and hidden spots they actually go to that any agent with a wallet can unlock for $0.50 USDC on Base. The architecture is wallet-agnostic and protocol-clean: a paid endpoint returns HTTP 402 with payment instructions, the agent sends USDC directly to our treasury, and we verify on-chain before unlocking. Any agent with a wallet can transact, because the spec is just HTTP and USDC. V2 will enable curators earn 70% of unlock revenue.
